We offer an 'on site service' providing free professional guidance and assistance prior to excavation works. This may include where possible and if necessary a 'locate and mark' of the position of Openreach apparatus within your noticed work area and provide advice on how you can avoid damaging the Openreach Network during your works.

Advance notice is required to enable us to schedule our visit. In the event of emergency works, we will always do everything we can to meet your timescales. It is in your interest to involve the Openreach Network Protection team in your work scheme right from the start. Openreach actively pursues the recovery of damage repair costs in full when damage has been caused to any part of its network. A site visit could save you a great deal of time, money and inconvenience.
