There are six “Quality Gates” (or proof points) that act as Migration Go/No-Go decision points. All require Migration Control Centre (MCC within BT) sanction to enable a smooth progression of the migration process. Quality Gateways are governed by a set of metric criteria and thresholds which determine the decision to proceed/or not to proceed.

Quality Gate information
At each fixed point in time, Quality Gate information will be released by the Consult21 process relating to the migration as provided in the flow chart above and hosted on the BT Wholesale website. It can be found on www.btwholesale.com/mcc and resides behind a secure area registration of which is a necessary but simple process.
