External Information Points is a standardised 10-stage process that informs Openreach customers about and during the development of new or the enhancement of existing product Releases (Milestones) within the Openreach portfolio. It applies to all functional releases, i.e. major releases (e.g. R1800) and interim releases (R1808), as well as maintenance releases.
