This briefing is applicable to all WLR Communications Providers and relates to daily billable CDR filesThe purpose of this briefing is to give notice of a planned billing system outage
Please note the following planned billing outage:
As a result, due to a technical upgrade of our billing software, it will be necessary to postpone the creation of daily call record files for the period highlighted.
The DEDS database will still be available for the collection of historic files, but no new files will be created for this period. The aim is to create the files that would have been posted during the normal daily timelines on the Saturday, later on the Saturday night or possibly into Sunday.
Any outage on DEDS itself will be communicated via a separate briefing from the DEDS Helpdesk.
The fraud feed files will be unaffected.
Please be aware that the date given is to provide customers with early notification of a planned outage and as such may change, customers will be advised if a change occurs.
