WLR001/12 Notice of scheduled outages of the Openreach billing system

This briefing on billing system outages is for all WLR Communications Providers

This briefing is to provide notice of forthcoming planned outages of the Openreach billing system

Please note the forthcoming planned billing outages:-

• 10 March 2012                     Start 08:00 hrs for 24 hours
• 17 March 2012                     Start 00:01 hrs for 24 hours

The above dates supersede the dates previously advised in November 2011 via briefing WLR040/11.

Due to a technical upgrade of our billing software, it will be necessary to postpone the creation of your Daily Call Records files for the periods highlighted above.

The DEDS database will still be available for the collection of historic files, but no new files will be created for this period. The aim is to create the files that would have been posted during the normal daily timelines on the Saturday, later on the Saturday night or possibly into the early hours of Sunday morning.

Any outage on DEDS itself will be communicated via a separate briefing from the DEDS helpdesk.

The fraud feed files will be unaffected.

These dates are planned and we reserve the right to change advised dates of forthcoming outages.
