LLU014/12 Late Cancellation Charges (LLU)

This briefing on late cancellation charges is for LLU Communications Providers.

The purpose of this brief is to advise that Openreach is improving the processes associated with cancellation of orders after the Point of no Return (PONR) has been reached. A tactical change will be introduced from the 1 June 2012, via billing adjustments.

The tactical change will adjust the cancellation charge to the published price for LLU orders cancelled after the PONR has been reached.

Openreach does not intend to correct the charges for orders cancelled prior to 1 June 2012, where a different charge has been applied.

Openreach presented these changes at the Copper Products Commercial Group (CPCG) on the 11 April 2012.
