This briefing on Customer Billing forums is for all Communications Providers.

The purpose of this briefing is to provide details on how to access recorded details of a recent billing forum, held on 27 February 2012, and additionally provide information on how to get involved in future forum

• The customer billing forum was introduced to give customer billing managers the opportunity to provide feedback on their billing experiences and to agree a list of issues that need to be addressed to improve the customer experience.

• Future customer billing forum dates are as follows,

  12 April 2012	*Judd Street, London, 4th Floor Meeting Room	(10am-1pm)
  28 August 2012	*Face to Face London	(10am-1pm)
  29 October 2012	Audio / Web Conference	1pm
  15 January 2013	Audio / Web Conference	1pm
