The purpose of this brief is to announce prices for the intended launch of the EBD Modify order functions for services on EMP on 20 June 2012.

Openreach are pleased to announce the planned launch of EBD Modify functionality for services on EMP.

The Openreach EBD products are being launched on EMP and as part of the launch we are pleased to announce availability of Modify order functions allowing upgrade, 'shift an end' (internally or externally) or change service features e.g. connector types.

Contract

The contractual changes to support this launch were notified with 90 days notice on 21 March 2012. These amendments are available from the Connectivity Services contract webpage. Briefing number ETH014/12 refers. The notified contract changes will be effective from 20 June 2012.

Pricing

Pricing information for this new product offering was notified on 22 May 2012 via ACCN OR288. This will be available from the Price Notifications area of the Openreach website (prices will be effective from 20 June 2012).

Pricing for the TOA options will be available upon application to your Sales and Relationship Manager (SRM).
