Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) enables you to offer your own-brand telephony service on our network. We provide, maintain and repair the lines so that you can supply your services to your customers, without having to maintain a network yourself.
WLR3 is its latest update and has been designed to meet the needs of our busy, "always on" digital society.
We've made things easier by developing higher automation levels for orders and by giving you access, through our equivalence management platform, to new dialogue services so that you can run enquiries before you place an order, and check its status at every step of the way.
Communication providers that offer WLR are subject to the Ofcom "General Conditions of Entitlement". General Condition 24 deals with Sales and Marketing of fixed-line telecommunications services - a summary of this regulation is published in the Key Information section on this page, refer to document "Industry Guide to Cancel other Issue 6". For more details on the General Conditions of entitlement more generally, see the Ofcom website at www.ofcom.org.uk/
Wholesale Analogue Access enables you to resell an Openreach line to an end user. It's available as either a single or multi-line product. Single lines come as Basic or Premium, so you can choose the service level you need. All multi-line packages are provided with the Premium service.

Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) is the digital successor to the analogue phone network. ISDN2 is a basic rate service enabling the digital transmission of voice and data over ordinary copper telephone wires, resulting in better voice quality than analogue.
ISDN30 enables you to create and launch your own branded digital telephony services (usually for medium or large business customers) using our network.

The Copper 2nd line incentive scheme has now closed and the payments for participating customers are now being calculated. For more information on the terms and conditions of the offer visit the offer page.
