Number portability allows a subscriber of a Publicly Available Telephone Service (PATS) to move from one Communications Provider to another, whilst and keeping their telephone number. You will have to sign an agreement with the original communications provider, and you can find details of this in Condition 18 of the General Conditions of Entitlement.
If you would like to offer this service to your customer you will need an Interconnect Agreement with at least one other Communications Provider.
