Key Performance Indicators (KPI) provide you with retrospective performance reports on jobs we have completed for you over time. They provide a way for you to view, manipulate and download your own performance information. Reports can be created on any of our products to show, for example on-time delivery, promises met, early life failures, repeat faults and volumes of jobs by product.
