Following changes to the Appointment Availability SLA / SLG and the agreement of the LLU Contracts Group to update the Reference Offer the following parts of the contract below will apply with effect from 29th December 2012: Part IV Schedule 06 Metallic Path Facility, Part V Definitions and Part VI Service Level Agreements.
