EMP consumption

The technical review forum which started in August 2010 gave a detailed explanation of EMP Consumption and there are monthly technical review and process forums, to give you an in-depth view of the changes being delivered to you in R1700, as the designs are completed. We'll share all impacts with our customers, and the forums will enable you to share any concerns you have.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Openreach are changing the way we conduct our customer satisfaction surveys. We are moving away from the rigid, telephone based customer satisfaction surveys, to shorter, 'verbatim' focused online surveys. We hope these will prove simpler and shorter for you to complete, whilst making clear the key areas we need to focus on. Below are the business and consumer markets questionnaires that we will be launching in April 2013. If you have any comments regarding the questions or surveys themselves, please email us at customersatisfaction@openreach.co.uk
