Our Network Protection Team offers an on-site Dial Before You Dig service providing free professional advice and assistance. This includes locating and marking the position of our equipment within your proposed site where possible and if necessary.
Advance notice is required to enable us to schedule our site visit. In the event of emergency works we will always do everything we can to meet your timescales.
Ultimately, it's in your interest to involve Openreach in your work scheme right from the start. A simple site visit could save you a great deal of time, money and inconvenience.
Leaving it until work has started may result in a serious delay to your programme, and costly damage to an invaluable national resource.
