Getting set up to work with Openreach

This area of the site contains information on how to become a new Communications Provider using Openreach’s portfolio of products. As a new customer you will need to go through a Customer Establishment process which involves activities such as product familiarisation, connecting to Openreach platforms and integration onto our systems. We provide full support throughout set up and the contact details for the team that manage this on your behalf are detailed below.

Become a customer

As a customer of Openreach you have a number of options with regard to how you would like to be account managed.  The files below which you can download will give you an overview of the choices you have available to you and the accompanying letters are the supporting documentation that you need to  complete and return in order for you to exercise your choice.
