On Wednesday 10th October  2007, Openreach held the third  in a series of customer webcasts hosted by Anne Heal, Managing Director, Sales, Products & Marketing. Anne was joined by John Small, Managing Director, Service who gave an update on service.  Mark Collins, Head of IT Services, who gave an update on EMP performance and support and Rob Gilbert, General Manager Customer Business Management, who ran  a session on the recently announced improvements to our Ethernet Resilience Options pricing and the benefits resilience offers you, our customers.

Teresa Wright also provided some clarification around the three metre rule.
